Avebury is a striking and authentic Victorian era (circa 1890) 14k yellow gold ring featuring three vertically set Old Mine Cut diamonds. The three stones, graded G-H color and VS-SI clarity have a combined weight of 1.82ct. Avebury was made in the Etruscan Style, a reference to an ancient civilization in the Etrurian region of Italy known for its golden filigree adornments. Etruscan Revival jewelry came to prominence in the late 19th century. Avebury is finished with a wide band decorated with seed-shaped gold details along the 14k yellow gold shank ending in a lovely scroll feature at the shoulders. Deep grooves, milgraining, and a horseshoe engraving are only a few of the magnificent decorations you’ll find along this intricately designed ring.
