Starling is a show-stopping authentic early Victorian era (circa 1860) antique 18k yellow gold and diamond ring that likely started life as part of a tiara or large brooch. Designed in the shape of an eight petal flower, the ring centers a decadent Old Mine Cushion Cut diamond gauged in the mounting at approximately 1.30ct and graded O-P-Q color, VS1 clarity. Each of petals feature two Old Mine Cut diamonds for a total of 16 stones with a combined total weight of approximately 3.50ct. Starling is finished with a simple 18k yellow gold shank and is remarkably low profile despite it’s rather considerable size. At its widest, Starling expands 21.35mm across the finger.
