Blackford is an elegantly detailed authentic Edwardian (circa 1910) 14k yellow gold solitaire ring. This one-of-a-kind ring centers a classic 0.75ct EGL certified Old European Cut diamond graded I color and SI1 clarity. The glimmering center diamond is set high above the shoulders and is finished with intricately detailed filigree and subtle engraving that has been slightly worn over time. HISTORY
During the Edwardian period, technological advances caused major changes in the way that jewelry was manufactured. Jewelers were finally able to work with platinum, which allowed for more intricate and detailed pieces.
