The vibrant emerald is flanked on either side by four Baguette Cut diamonds and further accented with a cushion shaped halo of eight Round Brilliant Cut diamonds, all totaling approximately 1.05ct in weight. HISTORY
As economic growth expanded the upper middle class in the 1950s, jewelry reflected this new prosperity with flashy, dramatic designs and a focus on diamond stones. The basic designs were quite similar to the Retro period, but were executed differently, often featuring textured accents and engraved finishes.
