Fernside

sold out!
Fernside is a special and authentic Late Art Deco (circa 1935) engagement ring designed in a mix of platinum (70%), palladium (13%) and gold (5%). Trumpet & Horn tested the ring with a special x-ray machine to come up with the exact percentages. Typically, this metal combination indicates that the ring was crafted in Eastern Europe. Fernside centers an Oval Mixed-Cut natural green tourmaline with a tiny mix of blue weighing exactly 2.15cts. The unusual color of the tourmaline adds an interesting touch to this piece of history. The ring is further accented with a decadent halo of nine Transitional Brilliant Cut diamonds totaling approximately 1.35ct in additional weight. The ring is finished with a lovely original shank that matches the same metal combination as the ring top. Fernside is currently a size 8 and can be sized to fit most ring sizes.
