In the early 1920's, Brock obtained a 99-year ground lease on 515 West Seventh Street in Los Angeles, which became home to one of the most prominent jewelry firms in the city. Brock & Co. was nationally renowned until it was sold in 1964 and its iconic building is now home to Mas Malo, Trumpet & Horn’s favorite margarita spot.
