Mulberry Lane
Mulberry Lane is a darling and authentic Edwardian era (circa 1915) platinum engagement ring. This vintage piece features a four-prong set Old European Cut diamond gauged at approximately 0.42ct, and graded I-J color and VS clarity. The ring is further adorned with a total of twenty-four Old European Cut and Round Brilliant Cut diamonds lining the shoulders and totaling approximately 0.30ct in weight. Mulberry Lane is further detailed with unique platinum metalwork that gives the illusion of a second layer of diamonds wrapping around the shoulders. The ring is currently a size 5.75 and can be sized to fit most ring sizes. Please contact our concierge with sizing questions. Please note the diamond was not removed from the setting so the weight, color and clarity has been estimated.

HISTORY
During the Edwardian period, technological advances caused major changes in the way that jewelry was manufactured. Jewelers were finally able to work with platinum, which allowed for more intricate and detailed pieces. Delicate settings with lots of diamonds were especially popular during this time, though we also see a number of different colored stones, including sapphires, aquamarines, and rare electric green demantoid garnets.
