The prong-set transparent moonstone is a beautiful creamy color and is surrounded by a heart-shaped halo of fifteen Rose Cut diamonds with a total approximate weight of 0.50ct. Sag Harbor is finished with a lovely 18k yellow gold shank with a much-coveted natural patina for an even richer old-world feel.
