Sherbourne

sold out!
Sherbourne is a stellar and authentic Art Deco era (circa 1930) platinum ring featuring a lovely sapphire and diamond combination. The ring centers a lovely Round Mixed Cut natural sapphire gauged at approximately 0.90ct (the sapphire was not taken out of the setting so the weight has been estimated). The center sapphire is flanked on either side by a pair of Baguette Cut diamonds and six Old European Cut diamonds that total 0.18ct in additional diamond weight. Sherbourne would make a lovely adornment on any gal's finger and a favorite here at T&H. It is currently a size 8.25 and can be sized to fit most ring sizes. HISTORY
The most characteristic feature of Art Deco jewelry is the emphasis on bold, geometric designs. The “Roaring 20’s” ushered in a new desire to live life to the fullest, which was very much reflected in the era’s jewelry designs.
