Stanford is the epitome of Art Deco design, featuring a winning platinum and diamond combination. The vintage engagement ring dates back to the 1930's and is in impeccable condition. Stanford centers a four prong set Old European Brilliant Cut diamond accompanied by a GIA certificate stating the 2.07ct diamond is graded H color and VS1 clarity (with strong blue fluorescence.) The center diamond is flanked on either side by an angular arrangement of accent diamonds featuring four Baguette Cut and four Old European Cut diamonds totaling approximately 0.18ct in weight. Stanford is currently a size 5.5 and can be sized to fit most ring sizes. Please contact our concierge with sizing questions.
The most characteristic feature of Art Deco jewelry is the emphasis on bold, geometric designs. The “Roaring 20’s” ushered in a new desire to live life to the fullest, which was very much reflected in the era’s jewelry designs.
