Sedgewood

sold out!

Sedgewood is a beautiful 18k white gold and diamond ring hailing from the "romantic period" of the Art Deco era, approximately 1920. This unique ring combines the best design qualities from the more feminine Edwardian period and the linear designs of the Art Deco era. Featuring an EGL certified 0.96ct Old European Cut diamond graded I color and VS2 clarity, this sparkling center diamond is precisely placed within a hand milgrained box setting and secured with four prongs. The magnificent shoulders of this ring showcase floating shield shaped insets on each side complete with a single 0.03ct Old European cut diamond. A sweet floral motif ties the design together at base and hand milgrained edges complete the ring throughout.

This ring is currently a size 6 and can be sized to fit. Please contact our concierge for more information about this ring.

HISTORY
Antique Art Deco jewelry reflects the style and spirit associated with the roaring twenties, featuring bold geometric designs. Diamonds were typically a focal point, but calibre cut sapphires, rubies, and emeralds were among the stones used to add splashes of color.
