We accept a number of payment options including debit, credit, or PayPal. We also offer the option to pay a deposit.

CREDIT CARD

We accept all major credit cards. If you don’t generally make large online purchases, we recommend that you give your credit card company a heads up.

Want to put your purchase on more than one credit card? We are happy to help you split payments between multiple credit cards—give us a call! 1-800-527-0108. 

If you receive a "gateway error" during checkout, this likely means that your credit card company blocked the transaction. Simply give them a call and let them know you approve of the purchase.

PAYPAL

Want to pay with your Paypal account? Just select “Paypal” as your payment method at checkout. You will be redirected to the Paypal website in a new window. 

We do offer the option of paying a 20% deposit to reserve your chosen piece for 5 days while you decide. Simply select ‘Reserve this piece’ and follow the checkout process as usual. Our concierge will then be in touch to arrange either full payment or refund of the deposit.

We strongly recommend that you do insure your jewelry. Trumpet & Horn highly recommends Jewelers Mutual Insurance to ensure your ring is covered against loss, theft, damage, or mysterious disappearance.

If you already have an existing homeowners, renters, or car insurance policy, talk to your agent about adding an additional policy to cover your new jewelry piece.
