Delridge

$2,300.00

Delridge is a wonderful and authentic Art Nouveau (circa 1915) platinum and diamond navette style ring. The ring features a mix of two Old European Cut, two Single Cut, and three Round Brilliant Cut diamonds totaling approximately 0.30ctw and graded H-I color and VS clarity. The center Old European Cut diamond is uniquely set in a hexagonal faux-bezel and is flanked on the north & south sides by four diamonds, giving the ring its elongated shape. Delridge is intricately detailed with foliage-inspired open metalwork, a very natural & airy filigree. The platinum ring is finished with light millegrained edges and a tapering platinum shank.

Delridge is currently a size 2.25 and can be sized to fit. Please contact our concierge with sizing questions.

HISTORY
In contrast to the concurrent Edwardian period, jewelry from the Art Nouveau period was an artistic revolt against the technological advances of the industrial age, instead focusing heavily on handcrafting and creative design. In this jewelry, unusual gemstones like opal, agate, and moonstone were popular, and diamonds were more often used as subtle accents.
