Ridgeland

sold out!

Ridgeland is a delightful diamond engagement ring that was once part of a platinum and diamond Art Deco brooch dating back to 1925. The ring centers an Old European Cut diamond gauged at approximately 0.33ct, graded I-J color and VS2 clarity. The vintage stone is nestled within a platinum bezel enhanced by authentic Art Deco milgrained edges. Trumpet & Horn completed its transformation into a ring by adding an 14k rose gold floral split shank, delicately finished with six Single Cut diamonds totaling approximately 0.05ct in weight. The ring is currently a size 5.75 and can be sized to fit. Please keep in mind the center diamond was not taken out of the setting, so the diamond carat, color and clarity has been estimated.

HISTORY
The most characteristic feature of Art Deco jewelry is the emphasis on bold, geometric designs. The “Roaring 20’s” ushered in a new desire to live life to the fullest, which was very much reflected in the era’s jewelry designs.
