Happy Friday! Today we are featuring five of our favorite engagement rings with cabochon stones. What is a cabochon stone you may ask? It's a colored gemstone that has been shaped and polished, as opposed to faceted, in finishing. Most traditional engagement rings feature stones with many facets that help to reflect the light. Cabochon stones appear smoothed with a round, convex top. Cabochon stones give an incredibly unique and dreamy look to any engagement ring. We especially love when a cabochon stone is surrounded by sparkling diamonds — a perfect vintage contrast! Check out some of our favorites below!
