We shared these Southern lovebirds on our blog before, but we couldn't resist posting these incredible engagement photos! The pair met in summer 2012 at a local music show. Gene's brother happened to be the lead singer in the band, so when she met Gene, she met his entire family too! After hitting it off at the concert, Gene asked Lauren out on a date the next day. For the first eight months of their relationship, they lived about an hour apart until Lauren moved to Roanoke for school. Gene proposed just before their two year anniversary with our amazing vintage-inspired solitaire ring Windom. They will be married next summer in the Blue Ridge Mountains, close to where he popped the question.
