Mid Century GIA 2.25 carat old mine cut diamond 14k white gold ring

Two arms of white gold sweep past one another in a bypass design, and at the crossing sits a 2.25 carat old mine brilliant cut diamond, its broad, cushion-like facets glittering with a soft, vintage fire. GIA graded the stone J color and VS2 clarity. Each arm finishes in a larger round diamond held in claws, while small single cut diamonds step down the shoulders, eight round brilliant and single cut accent diamonds in all, weighing approximately 0.50 carat in G color and VS clarity. The shoulders carry a fine engraved crosshatch that adds a frosted, textured contrast to the bright stones. Crafted in 14k white gold, the ring is hallmarked with a purity mark and a "Bristol" mark and weighs 3.00 grams.
