At Trumpet & Horn, we stand behind the craftsmanship and integrity of every jewel we sell. We are pleased to offer a 1-Year Service Warranty, covering minor repairs and product care services resulting from manufacturing or structural issues for one year from the date of delivery.

If an issue arises, our team will carefully evaluate photos of the piece to determine whether it is covered under warranty. If the repair is not covered, we will provide a detailed estimate for your review. If your jewel is insured, this estimate may be submitted to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. We keep repair pricing fair and transparent, and we always recommend that our experienced jewelers handle the delicate work required for vintage and antique jewelry.

We provide complimentary service for issues related to:

• Manufacturing defects

• Structural issues not related to wear

• Loose stones resulting from workmanship issues

• Minor repairs due to original construction

• Product Care as needed, including:

• Professional cleaning

• Prong and setting checks

• Light polishing

The following fall outside the scope of our warranty:

• Normal wear and tear over time

• Damage resulting from impact, accidents, or misuse

• Repairs or alterations performed by third parties

• Damage to the center stone, such as chips, cracks, or breakage

• Loss or theft of the center stone or any primary gemstone

Shipping & Logistics

Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs.
We offer FedEx Overnight, Signature Required, 100% Insured Delivery for a flat $100 round-trip fee.

Appraisal & Insurance

Every Trumpet & Horn purchase includes a professional appraisal suitable for insurance purposes.

We highly recommend insuring your jewel immediately upon receipt to protect against loss, theft, or accidental damage not covered under our warranty.
