Ballard

sold out!

Ballard is a one-of-a-kind Art Deco (circa 1925) platinum topped 14k yellow gold ring that almost certainly started out life as a stick pin. A delicate shank has been added to the amethyst top, likely in the 1960s. The ring is designed as a hexagon adorned with six faceted Trapezoid Cut amethyst and centers two Old European Cut diamonds set vertically totaling approximately 0.04ct. Ballard is finished with impeccable milgraining along the hexagonal platinum border and framing the diamonds. The ring is currently a size 6.5 and can be sized to fit.

HISTORY
Antique Art Deco jewelry reflects the style and spirit associated with the roaring twenties, featuring bold geometric designs. Diamonds were typically a focal point, but calibre cut sapphires, rubies, and emeralds were among the stones used to add splashes of color.
