Nestled between two tapering rows of bright blue sapphires, this enchanting diamond is enhanced by six Old European Cut round diamonds with a total approximate weight of .18ct. Delicate filigree work and hand engraved flowers surround each diamond. Potomac is currently size 4.75 and can be sized to fit.
